When is the best time to book a maternity session?
I recommend contacting your photographer and booking a maternity session during your first trimester! While you may get reach out to a photographer around 10-14 weeks, the session won't take place until your second trimester, preferably around the 26-30 week range. This gives a chance for your cute baby bump to grow and for some of those first trimester symptoms to fade, hopefully giving you a burst of energy!
If you are expecting, I would love to serve your growing family and help you preserve this fleeting stage! 9 months seems like a lifetime, but then comes delivery day and it seems like if flew by in a flash ;)
